As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and experienced full-time or part-time proactive and experienced Manager to oversee our day-to-day activities and drive our business to the next level.
Position Overview:
As the Manager for our Dental Laboratory, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our production processes, managing resources efficiently, and maintaining the highest standards of training and quality control. You will be responsible for coordinating with various departments to optimize workflow, streamline procedures, and enhance productivity. Additionally, you will oversee staff training, and compliance with regulatory standards to uphold our commitment to excellence in the dental industry.
Responsibilities:
Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Ensure compliance throughout human resource management.
Implement and oversee business growth strategies.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Develop and improve organizational procedures and systems for personnel.
Oversee all aspects of daily operations within the Dental Laboratory, including production scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.
Assess, implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the accuracy, precision, and consistency of all dental prosthetics and appliances are produced and delivered to the highest standard.
Develop and optimize operational processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve turnaround times.
Provide leadership and guidance to laboratory technicians and support staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with management to address client needs, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional service.
