Digital Dental Laboratories is a South East Queensland based Dental Laboratory servicing the wider dental community. We create quality restorations and dental prosthetics, ceramic and crown and bridge procedures. We supply clinical and technical services and are moving to a purpose built facility based in Coolangatta. If you want to work in the lifestyle capital of Australia on the Gold Coast and are looking for a challenge and growth, we are looking for another team member in our dynamic team at our Southport Lab Site.
ABOUT THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity currently exists for an enthusiastic candidate to join our team as a Acrylic Technician Successful applicant must be self-motivated, and possess a professional and positive attitude, as well as the ability to work to instructions and as a team to achieve team objectives.
Reporting to the Head Technician and working in conjunction with a wider team of dental professionals you will be primarily responsible for:
Must have experience in all removable Prosthetics and thermal forming
- Working with Gypsum products to create dental models
- Model pouring and trimming
- Wax registration rims
- Special trays
- Articulations
- Denture Investing
- Denture Processing | Finishing
- Thermal Forming
- Manufacture Splints & Bleaching Trays
- Providing non-technical duties within the laboratory as directed by the Head of Department
- Partial Denture design / Processing / Finishing
