In line with this bold plan, we are seeking an experienced Dental Practice Manager to join our Launceston team ahead of the opening of our Dental Practices in 2024. 

The Role

Reporting to the General Manager of Dental Operations, the Practice Manager will ensure the efficient and effective delivery of dental services in line with St Lukes’ vision and purpose. This role will work closely with the GM to:

• Implement dental operations governance framework,
• Ensure site related requirements and compliance are managed effectively,
• Deliver on the oral health strategy through effective leadership of Dental Practices,
• Provide technical support to dentists and dental assistants,
• Manage administrative and budgeting functions.

Selection Criteria

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Prior experience managing a Dental Practice.
• Demonstrated experience managing and responding to clinicians and dental assistants.
• Demonstrated experience managing rosters, timesheets and leave approvals. 
• Experience managing consumables within a budget.
• Industry qualifications or equivalent experience in dental management.
