At Dental on Main, we are seeking a vibrant and dedicated Practice Manager to join our team, as our current PM is enrolled in University to take the next step in her career. As the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the operation of all non-clinical aspects of the practice and enhancing patient experiences.

Good staff are hard to find though, so we are also looking for a Hygenist, or DA as well. The pay scale in the job as has limited options so the range is inaccurate for the 3 different roles.

What we are looking for in a Practice Manager

• Cert III or IV in Dental Assisting and prior Practice Management experience preferred, but other healthcare and/or management experience considered. 
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to continuing professional development and the maintenance of clear communication channels.
• Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice. 
• Staff training and development.
• Attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and accuracy.
• Well-presented, friendly, and confident 
• A positive attitude and proactive work ethic
• Reliable and flexible 
• Current driver licence. 

Hygenist, or DA

• As above broadly, subtracting the training and compliance aspects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including staff, scheduling, and workflow management.
• Clinician liaison, treatment coordination and counselling.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth workflow and exceptional patient experience.
• Stock management. 
• Deliveries and stock pick-up when required.
