About the Role
We are looking for a savvy Front Office Supervisor to join our incredible practice. This is a leadership role that will give room and scope to grow and have significant input into the evolution of our practice in the local community. You will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service to our patients and the Your Smile Dental team. This role involves a variety of responsibilities, patient management, staff training, performance evaluation, compliance and fostering a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and develop the Front Office team
- Excel in dental administration duties and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist in recruiting, induction and training staff, ensuring alignment with job requirements and expectations
- Address day-to-day challenges and escalate when necessary
- Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies
- Conduct performance & development appraisals and training needs analysis
- Work in conjunction with the Practice Manager & Clinic Supervisor
- The ability to multitask multiple priorities at once
- Ability to handle high volume inbound calls
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Have a high attention to detail
- An ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all patient and practice matters
About You

Selection Criteria
- Minium 1 years’ experience in a Management or a Supervisor role (Essential)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Front Office (Essential)
- Previous dental practice experience (highly desirable)
- Previous medical or allied health experience (desirable)
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and general IT skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent complaint resolution skills
- Able to communicate effectively with a variety of people
- Must have full unrestricted Australian working rights
