As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Your friendly demeanour, and excellent communication skills will ensure that every patient feels valued and supported from the moment they walk through our doors.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients with a warm smile and assist with check-in procedures.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records with accuracy and efficiency.
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries in a professional manner.
- Coordinate treatment plans and financial arrangements with patients In line with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to uphold our high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
In addition to your receptionist duties, you will also have the opportunity to assist our experienced dental team in providing top-notch care to our patients. Whether it's preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, or providing chairside assistance, your willingness to jump in and support the team will be greatly appreciated.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in dental reception or administration preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in dental software systems (experience with CORE is a plus)
