SalaryA wonderful opportunity for a caring and motivated receptionist to join our specialist Paediatric Dentistry practice. This is a permanent part time position for 2-3 days per week. The successful receptionist will work with our current staff to provide exceptional administrative and reception support for our patients and their families.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills with parents and children
Desire and commitment to providing the highest standard of patient and customer care
Friendly, caring and passionate about children
Professional and reliable with a positive attitude
Exceptional verbal, written and computer skills
Continuous attention to detail
Excellent time management skills and organisation skills
Experience in Dental4Windows will be an advantage but not essential
Certificate III in Dental Assisting desirable but not essential
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Ensure smooth day to day running of the front office
Maintaining excellent patient and customer service
Efficiently managing the appointment book, including appropriate clinic bookings and hospital theatre bookings
Answering and making phone calls
Processing claims and payments with HICAPS
Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments for the practice
Scheduling and coordinating patients for hospital theatre bookings at Calvary North Adelaide Hospital
Corresponding and liaising with general dentists, specialist dentist and medical practitioners, through letters, emails and phone calls
