Refresh Smiles Dental is hiring! We are looking for a friendly receptionist to join our busy clinic. In this causal position, you will need to manage a busy front desk, have excellent communication skills, and support the team. You require basic computer skills and excellent customer service.
The Company
Refresh Smiles Dental is based in Cleveland. We are a busy dental clinic open on Monday to Saturday.
Prior experience in a Dental or Medical environment would be an advantage however is not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- All front desk and general administrative duties
- Management of appointment books
- Greeting patients and welcoming them into our clinic
- Processing TYRO claims and account management
- Data entry and mailing tasks
- Answering phone calls and email inquiries
- Clinical and sterilization duties may be required
Role Required
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills including a professional phone and personal manner
- Basic or Intermediate MS Office Skills
- Highly confident, outgoing, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Organised and efficient
