Job Role
- Greeting and processing patients, managing phones in a high paced reception environment.
- Maintain and facilitate daily administration tasks.
- Work with the customer relation management systems, Dolphin Management.
- Management of Doctor letters, dictation, and distribution.
- Varied role, assisting with online marketing and coordinating administration for events.
- Financial administration and management of patient financial contracts.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in reception or administration.
- Previous experience in dental is highly advantageous.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Suites with aptitude in adapting to new software programs.
- Demonstrate a high proficiency in computer literacy.
