Form of workWe are seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist / Clinic Coordinator with a passion for customer service to join our growing Dental practice at Dental Care Centre in Fairfield .
This role will suit someone who loves interacting with people, who is well presented and who has a warm and bubbly personality.
Required skills and experience:
- Excellent communication and phone skills.
- Strong computer skills, with experience in D4W.
- Strong customer focus and quality service orientation.
- Maintain patient accounts and records.
- HICAPS operation.
- Assist patients in filling out required medical history forms.
- Confirming appointments with patients.
- Discussing payment options with patients.
- Can speak English, Arabic and Assyrian.
