With a loyal local patient base of adult & child orthodontics, extensive restorative treatment plans of implants, crowns & oral surgery procedures this administrative role is rewarding, challenging & interesting.
About YOU: Five Years experience in front desk patient management, scheduling & accounts receivable using Hicaps, DVA & CDBS systems Professionalism, communication skills, keen attention to detail & customer service Solid computer skills (Exact dental software experience an advantage but not essential) Experience in the dental field is essential (dental nursing is preferred) Can Speak Mandarin About your TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITES: Front desk management of patient appointment scheduling & patient treatment Customer service by greeting, welcoming, and directing patients appropriately Management of accounts receivable to include Hicaps, Medicare & DVA claims Manage patient referrals & liaise with specialists on treatment plans Liaise with numerous laboratories using our lab work tracking system What's on OFFER: 3-5 days (8am-6pm) FT/PT
