The ideal candidate will have:

• Prior experience working as a Dental Receptionist and dental assistant is preferred 
• Possess high empathy and a patient centric approach
• A warm friendly personality and build relationships easily
• Open to coaching and adaptable to ensure smooth operations throughout the day
• The ability to assist with reception duties such as making appointment bookings, billing and attending to any phone or patient enquiries 
• The ability to provide chair side assistance to our dentists as required 
• Willingness to assist with sterilization processing, room changeovers and restocking as required
• Exemplary infection control standards and practices 
• A friendly and warm smile when greeting patients and visitors
