AddressPosition: Dental Receptionist
Schedule: Casual, Three-four days a week (9am to 5pm)
Location: The North Village, Shop8, 10 Hezlett Road, Kellyville, NSW 2155

As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first and last point of contact for our practice, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently.
- Coordinate appointments to ensure smooth operations and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our clinical team to enhance patient experiences.
- Communicate clearly and contribute to a supportive team environment.
- Be open to learning and expanding skills within the role.
- Work collaboratively within a front desk team under the guidance of the Practice Manager.
Requirements:
- Previous reception and customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills, maintaining a professional yet warm demeanour.
- Proficiency with computers and eagerness to learn new platforms and software.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy, people-oriented environment.
