The opportunity:As a Department Manager, you are our Senior Beauty Advisors and you'll support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in leading the team in a fast-paced and exciting retail environment to deliver an unbeatable client experience.You'll also play a key role in:

• Driving a selling culture within your team to meet KPI's and promote Sephora's values and motivate the team.
• To utilise and exploit data to support with operational decisions by working closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
• Consistently raise performance and capability of the team to support developing internal talent
• Implement a continuous improvement mentality within the team and work in partnership with the wider team.
• Serving as the point of contact for client and cast member matters to deliver first class customer service within a fast-paced environment and confidently make store decisions.

• Are open to drive operational initiatives including brand events, training, and supporting visual merchandising changes to ensure the store represents the Sephora brand and culture.

• You're passionate about excellent client service and experiential retail
• You have previous retail management experience at a big box retailer
• You have excellent organizational, analytical, and business management skills
• You're a hands-on leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help our team members succeed
• You have strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to influence team members at all levels
• Have a drive for results with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPI's
• Are proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite

Please keep in mind when considering a role at Sephora that each of our stores have their own individual needs.
