Project Resource Manager

  • Temporary Full-Time up to 6 months
  • Location: Parramatta
  • Clerk Grade 11/12, Salary ($139,787 pa - $161,663 pa), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading 

Your role

Lead and drive talent acquisition operations for the Process and Technology Harmonisation (PaTH) Program in delivering strategic end-to-end recruitment and onboarding that will be efficient, contemporary and both business and program outcome focused while maintaining the highest level of customer engagement.

Shape, develop, and manage a small team of professionals in identifying, attracting, and onboarding talent to meet changing organisational needs efficiently and effectively. In addition, this role is also accountable for maintaining Project Resource contracts throughout the program delivery lifecycle to support project delivery outcomes are delivered on time, within budget and to required KPIs.

What you’ll do

Key accountabilities

  • Provide the highest standard of leadership and clarity in direction, coaching and advice to enable the program resource management team to manage workloads, complete specialised recruitment projects, meet deadlines and achieve successful outcomes.
  • Provide expert capability for delivering a range of resourcing and contract management strategies for targeted, bulk and talent acquisition assignments which achieve quality client service and candidate experience.
     
  • Identify, design, and develop talent resourcing services, including attraction, selection, assessment, pipeline management, and career transition ensuring compliance with relevant NSW public sector recruitment policies, practices, and statutory requirements
     
  • Provide expert advice for PaTH Program roles and ensure compliance with relevant NSW public sector recruitment policies, practices, and statutory requirements.
  • Continuous improvement of the attraction, selection, assessment, onboarding / offboarding and associated internal / external reporting practices for the PaTH Program.

What we’re looking for

  1. Extensive knowledge and experience providing advice on NSW public sector recruitment policies, practices and statutory requirements.
  2. Extensive experience in talent acquisition/recruitment and resource contract management across the NSW public sector.
  3. Prior experience delivering HR/Recruitment projects and working in a large-scale project delivery environment.
  4. Demonstrable experience managing multiple competing priorities to meet project deadlines without compromising quality or customer experience.
  5. Strong ability to identify and analyse emerging project resourcing risks/issues, develop mitigations and implement strategies to minimise impact to the program delivery.
