What you’ll do?
Working at our client's site in the Melbourne area, you will become a valuable member of our Deployments Team, contributing to the delivery of exceptional technical support and cultivating strong client relationships through cutting-edge expertise. We are seeking motivated Deployment Technicians who are customer-centred and self-driven, with a strong desire to establish a long-term career in the IT industry.
- Provide face-to-face L1 technical support and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Perform on-site delivery and deployment tasks, including physical setup, software transfers, and cable management.
- Configure devices, including device imaging and software deployment.
- Handle retail duties, such as processing click and collect orders.
- Maintain accurate documentation in ITSM tools to ensure up-to-date ticket information.
- Support our clients by performing other IT-related tasks as directed.
What you’ll bring?
- Prior customer service experience with a passion for engaging with diverse individuals.
- Strong interest in the IT field, possibly with previous industry experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating confidence and an outgoing personality.
- Ability to follow repetitive processes with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proactive and adaptable mindset, constantly seeking opportunities to learn and thinking creatively.
