Our Supply team currently has a permanent, full-time opportunity available for a Depot Officer to be located at any of our Pioneer operational division depots – Mackay, Sarina, Cannonvale, Moranbah or Pinnacle – and are inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates.

About your new role:

As a Depot Officer, you actively provide commercially focused supply chain solutions for operational activities and external service provider requests across our Pioneer operational division. You achieve this by sourcing and arranging delivery and supply of equipment and inventory items for relevant stakeholders. 

You provide accurate, timely reports and complete physical inventory stocktaking by collecting, recording, and analysing information associated with work activities, as well as utilising the ERP system to verify assets.

You contribute to the continuous improvement of the Ergon Energy Health, Safety and Environment Integrated Management System, and the local area Health and Safety Program. 

Contributing to the emergency response plan as a central point of contact is a requirement of your role which sees you communicating information to Fleet and Logistics, including any requirements to ensure availability of required products and inventory.

The remuneration for your new role is from $92k plus 12.75% super for a 9-day fortnight.

About you:

You’re a self-motivated team member who holds a Certificate IV in Transport and Distribution (Warehousing).  Alternatively, you have the equivalent demonstrated knowledge and experience required to successfully undertake the role.

You hold a valid forklift licence (QLD) and a ‘C’ class drivers’ licence

You’re capable of working both autonomously and as part of a high performing team and you have well developed, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills to support the creation of positive stakeholder relationships. 

You’re also comfortable with complaint management,and influencing mutually beneficial outcomes and good customer experiences
