Due to ongoing growth and expansion Flick Anticimex is looking for a Full Time (Monday – Friday) Office Manager in our Emerald operation. Flick offers excellent working conditions in a rewarding and challenging work environment.

Key responsibilities
Responsibility for day-to-day operations in the depot including but not limited to
- Working with the office team to schedule and confirm commercial work
- Ensuring personnel, equipment and resources are correct for all jobs
- Responding to client requirements and working with the CQ management team to bring on new customers
- Inventory management including purchasing, receiving and stock counts.
- Ensuring the vehicle fleet is operable and serviced
- Promote products and service offerings to customers
Position requirements
- A strong work ethic, who can work well within a diverse community of highly motivated team members
- Management of a service-based team in a wide geographical area is preferred
- Knowledge of mine requirements and services is desired
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn pest management processes
- Operational experience ie vehicles, facilities, inventory is preferred
- Excellent communication skills (essential)
