Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with members, enhancing membership benefits and integration with TCA systems.
- Lead cutting-edge marketing strategies, including overseeing production and digital presence to maximize visitor engagement and retention.
- Spearhead industry support initiatives under government programs, fostering industry growth and achieving KPIs through innovative strategies.
- Build strong connections with stakeholders and participate in joint campaigns to boost tourism.
- Collaborate with the CEO and other members of the executive team to oversee financial strategies and organizational goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of mentoring and meeting KPIs.
- Strategic insight into market trends with robust experience in marketing across multiple channels.
- Exceptional project management skills and IT proficiency.
- A higher education qualification in Marketing, Tourism or related fields.
- A valid driver’s license
- And the ability to act as CEO when required.
