Our Deputy Store Managers are responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the holistic management of the boutique through building, coaching and maintaining a highly motivated sales team, working towards the achievement of sales objectives and the delivery of exceptional service to our clients.
Monthly commission and incentives are also achievable, which means there is still an element of selling required however your primary focus will be on ensuring you're driving success in your team.
