Job Summary: The Dermal Therapist / Laser Therapist will perform a variety of skin and body treatments, including HIFU, microneedling, laser hair reduction, and laser skin treatments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aesthetic treatments, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of aesthetic treatments, including HIFU, microneedling, laser hair reduction, and laser skin treatments.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Develop personalized treatment plans and ensure clients understand the procedure and aftercare.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records.
- Ensure all equipment and treatment areas are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Educate clients on skincare and treatment benefits.
- Adhere to all clinic policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or higher qualification in Beauty Therapy, Dermal Therapy, or a related field.
- Certification in laser safety and operation.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in performing dermal and laser treatments.
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy and various skin conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with advanced treatments such as HIFU and microneedling.
- Knowledge of skincare products and their applications.
- Sales experience and the ability to recommend products and services.
