Kingsway Dermatology & Aesthetics located in the Sutherland Shire is a state of the art medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology practice that provides an extensive range of dermatology services.
An experienced Dermatology Registered Nurse is sought for our progressive, busy dermatology practice.
This position will be part time for the right candidate, where you will be working alongside a variety of Dermatologists.
The successful candidate:
- AHPRA registered RN
- Professional presentation with excellent communication skills
- Commitment to providing a high standard of safety and quality patient care
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task and collaborate
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Assisting dermatologists with procedures (such as biopsies, curettages, and excisions)
- Assisting senior RNs with procedures (medical & cosmetic)
- Performing/assisting laser treatments (energy-based devices)
- Patient education
- Performing/assisting with additional patient care interventions (such as photo imaging, UVB, PDT, wound care)
- Managing clinical areas, including cleaning, sterilizing and maintaining of equipment and stock
- Assisting front desk with patient flow and some administrative tasks
