We are committed to a workforce that reflects the communities we serve and actively seek to recruit people from diverse backgrounds to build a supportive and inclusive workplace where our people can gain a sense of belonging, value and opportunity.Come work with usWe have an exciting opportunity in the End User Services team for a Senior Desktop Analyst.The Senior Desktop Support Analyst provides assistance, information and support to Desktop Analysts within the End User Services team while proactively monitoring and maintaining OS lifecycle, security incidents and other services/tools/applications of the managed end point device fleet.As an integral member of the team, you will:

  • Identify, escalate, and mitigate all required operating system lifecycle updates, core SOE and application issues and security vulnerabilities within the supported ICT environments, on behalf of customers.
  • Provide administrative and support services to deliver team outcomes in line with business expectations and feedback forums ensuring adherence to team KPI’s.
  • Develop, promote, and maintain mentoring relationships with Desktop Analysts by providing technical learning opportunities, briefing sessions and workshops; utilising and maintaining technical and process knowledge bases to maintain accuracy and relevancy within the portfolio of Desktop services.
  • Facilitate the escalation of incidents and requests through to resolution, or transition to the appropriate resolver groups, managing tasks for change and problem management within agreed ITSM platforms to ensure operational standards are maintained.
  • Facilitate and maintain collaborative relationships with cross division, multi-function teams and stakeholders to foster partnerships.

  • Knowledge and demonstrated experience in supporting Windows SOE development, management and patching, Endpoint management solutions, App Packaging, Microsoft AD, Group Policies and PowerShell scripting.
