Working in the engineering department, your role will be to liaise with the internal tenders estimating team and the potential client / facilities management team for D&C engineering works outlined in the tender. You will build relationships, arrange site inspections, and meet with the clients to understand their needs and then develop a scope of works to be designed by the internal team and electrical and controls partners.You are the face of the company in many ways, working with the client's team to ensure D&C aspects of the project are effective, efficient and priced competitively. Once the project is built you are involved in the as built documentation and providing a constant point of contact from the design phase to the handover phase for the client.
You will work across various internal divisions from estimating, drafting, installation and commissioning teams to get the best outcome for all parties.

To be deemed suitable for this role you must possess the following attributes and Skills
- A bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Previous experience in Building Services Engineering and / or project management
- Experience with both contractors and consultants would be highly regarded but not essential
- Strong technical skills in engineering principles and practices

- You understand the standards and regulations of the Australian / Victorian market.
