About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for all drafting-related aspects of assigned projects. The role will involve hands on work on various sized projects, from single-storey, to developments and custom one-off designs. You will be working with Clients in a supportive team environment alongside Consultants to produce striking designs that meet the Client's brief and budget.
Responsibilities:
- Produce quality designs for single and double-storey homes
- Meet with clients and consultants to ensure the best outcomes
- Maintain a fast-paced, energetic work ethic
- Design custom homes with unique elevations
- Improve designs based on feedback
Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years in the WA building industry
- Proficient in Archicad and general computer skills
- Strong understanding of R-Codes and building codes
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ethical, honest, and reliable
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Must be eligible to work in Australia
