The Future Generation Joint Venture brings together the combined engineering experience and expertise of WeBuild, Clough and Lane and has been selected to design construct Snowy 2.0. This project is based within the Snowy Mountains in NSW and will deliver one of the largest pumped hydro schemes in the world.

Responsible for the establishment, placement, and management of the appropriate contract arrangements with designers across the project, through effective relationship and performance management, maximize value and minimize risk.
Qualifications:
- White Card
- Recognised tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering (major in Geology preferred but not essential)
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar based role on a project of similar size and complexity
- Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel, AutoCAD, and Aconex or similar electronic transmission systems
- Experience in the management of and flow down of the suite of tendering and Contracting Templates, especially FIDIC
- Experience in the management of subcontractors, in particular design consultants
- The ability to guide and manage a team of Subcontract Administrators
- The ability to negotiate with, and influence, internal and external stakeholders in a way which generates business benefit, whilst maintaining key relationships
- The ability to use and adapt written and verbal communication skills to suit a variety of different audiences, is critical for this role
- Excellent risk analysis skills
- Ability to plan and organize workload appropriately, combined with a willingness to undertake routine tasks
- Sound interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
- Ability to understand and articulate contractual rights and positions
- Strong Initiative and proactive nature

- Proactively manage the performance of design consultants, maintaining effective working relationships
- Identify and manage consultant risks and opportunities
- Provide input to upstream claims from a design consultant perspective
