Are you a creative mind with a passion for sales? Planit Kitchens is looking for a Designer/Salesperson to join our team. This position is as much about understanding colour selections & interior spaces as it is about following a sales process, whilst drawing on your technical knowledge of joinery design/construction.

Role: As a Designer/Salesperson, you'll play a pivotal role in creating exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth through innovative kitchen solutions. Craft tailored design proposals, guide clients through selections, and turn dreams into reality.

Key Responsibilities for a Sales-Focused Kitchen Designer:

• Efficiently manage client projects from start to finish.
• Create client-centric designs and tailored proposals.
• Optimize resource allocation and project timelines.
• Contribute to promotional initiatives and sales growth.
• Embrace a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales budgets and targets.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and product knowledge.
• Stay updated on design trends and product offerings.
• Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders.

Essential Requirements: 

• Strong sales background with a ‘hunter’ mindset
• Proficient in 2D/3D design software.
• Quick adaptation to our in-house estimating & workflow systems. 
• Must have own car and be willing to travel to client appointments,
• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated kitchen design/sales experience.
• Exceptional time management and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
