ROLE - KEY OBJECTIVE
To support the company’s Sales & Marketing function and personnel by way of sales and marketing DIGITAL creation and task management.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
CRM Management:
- Sales Team support and be responsible for the coordination and continuing implementation and development of the CRM system (MS Dynamics 365) including ongoing training and support of the sales team, reporting and analytics.
Digital Strategy Support will include but limited to:
- Website (local) project management
- Social Media (local) project management
- LR Engage E-Learning platform management
- EDM content schedule management
- Internal / External Digital Solutions projects (sourcing & management)
- B2B Webshop build and launch project management (utilising Global template)
MS Teams Files Version Control:
- Brochures/ Portfolio Content
- Jot Forms
Other Product Manager and Sales Team Support:
- In-house graphic design/material editing (Promo’s, Detail Pieces, Advertisements etc...)
- Webinar logistics
- Coordinating documents, samples, events and training
COMPETENCIES, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Exceptional project management skills
- High level Microsoft Excel proficiency, database management and analytical skills
- Adobe / Illustrator desktop publishing experience
- Experience in developing and implementing digital marketing solutions, including:
Social Media platforms for delivery of marketing content and Website
- Experience in CRM systems, customer analysis and report generation
- Pricing management experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working
relationships with co-workers, customers and other stakeholders
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and excellent presentation skills
- A commercially driven focus with a proven ability to take accountability driving quality and timeliness of work outputs
- A team based, solution-oriented mindset with a can-do attitude
