We are recruiting a Desktop and Windows Administrator within a Federal Government Department that focuses exclusively on the diverse history, cultures and heritage of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australia.Key Responsibilities

• Desktop and Server Administrator (Windows Administrator) with a primary focus on Intune Windows 10 and 11 desktop configuration, maintenance, and third-level support.
• Provided guidance and training in SOE development, Essential 8 operating system hardening, application packaging and configuration of Intune Policies

Required Experience

• Prior experience in Intune, Entra ID (Azure) and SOE Development is desirable but not essential
• Experience with administration of Office365 and Intune. Understanding of Basic Networking Protocols and Concepts.
• Proficiency troubleshooting Windows 10/11 Operating System issues and Desktop Support and L3 Escalation Support
• Operating System Hardening and Understanding of the Essential 8, Maturity Level Model and ISM.
