Desktop Building Estimator

Ambrose Construct Group are one of Australia's leading insurance builders. Due to National expansion, we are looking for Remote Desktop Estimators based from our Kunda Park office.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

• Desktop Building Estimator 
• Deliver an exceptionally high level of customer service, through effective oral communication with an innate ability to build relationships and resolve conflict
• Estimate, Schedule and Supervise trades remotely
• Coordinate make safes and review reports for insurers requiring a keen eye for detail and a willingness to speak to trades to ensure they have clearly communicated their observations and actions onsite in written and visual form (via photos)

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

• Trade qualified (preferably carpentry)
• Experience estimating 
• Excellent communication skills
• Competent computer skills across mobile devices, repair management systems and Microsoft Office suite of programs and an ability to rapidly learn new systems
• An aptitude for creating, reading and interpreting scopes of work
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure the highest quality of repair
• A proactive nature and be keen to work as a member of a highly successful, KPI driven team
