Desktop Support Engineer with good windows server (config and admin) active directory, virtualisation, backups, and remote support experience needed for a permanent in Perth with the ability to work from home full time.
  
Perth-based but WFH (Must be living in Perth due to occasional onsite work)

The client is a national IT-managed service provider with offices and customers across the country and a growing footprint in WA. The client requires a Desktop Support Engineer to support their WA customer base at a high 2nd-line and low-level 3rd line level. So basic networks and windows server support experience is essential along with a previous background supporting backups, virtualisation software, office 365, cloud or hybrid setups and a recent strong background working in an msp or multiple msps.

Essential Experience
IT MSP background
Remote Desktop Support experience 2-3 years
Windows Server (DNS, DHCP, AD etc)
Basic Networks
VMware/Hyper-V
