Part Time (30 hours per fortnight 8am to 1pm Monday to Wednesday)
$77,292 - $81,987 pa pro rata + Superannuation

About the role:
We are currently seeking a Part TimeDesktop Support Officer with initiative and good judgement to join our dedicated team. Offering support in providing installation, maintenance for personal computers, network and telecommunications equipment for City staff and Councillors.
About you:
You will be in possession of, working towards a relevant qualification or experience within an Information Technology role with knowledge of contemporary information technology and computer operations.
In addition you will possess;
- Exposure in the installation and support of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Previous experience with the installation and configuration of desktop systems, components and peripheral equipment.
- Good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills with the ability to communicate with a wide range of people and groups to ensure delivery of a high level of customer service.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, both as a team member and autonomously, with minimal supervision.
