We are currently seeking an experienced IT Desktop Support Officer to join Sedgman in our Perth office. A phenomenal career opportunity with continuous growth and progression.

- Solve specific technical issues, problems & answer questions raised by staff through the Service Desk in their day-to-day activities.
- Ensure all incident and problem details and history are accurately logged in Service Now to facilitate quick resolution, trend analysis and KPI reporting.
- Provide the following support to end users.
- Windows 10/11 Desktop Support
- Walk up support.
- Application support (office apps etc)
- Troubleshooting Network connectivity issues
- Mobile Phone issues
- iPad/tablet issues
- Imaging and ongoing management of new users/Sedgman stock computers
- Connecting and setting up computers, monitors and accessories on desks
- Printer Support
- Supporting conference rooms and systems, including Polycom and CISCO devices
- Engaging external vendors to raise or escalate issues.
- Identify potential improvements in the IT support system.
- Knowledge transfer to IT Service Desk staff.
- Perform activities within the guidelines of the Sedgman Quality Assurance System.
- Regularly contribute to the service desk knowledge base through the addition and modification of known problems and solutions.
- Maintenance and updating IT manuals as required.
- General experience supporting IT Applications and IT hardware
- At least 5 years relevant experience in a similar role
