Join our client, a leading name in the furniture industry, as a Despatch Clerk. We are looking for an energetic individual with outstanding customer service skills to become a vital part of our expanding team in Wetherill Park.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer and internal staff enquiries about delivery issues
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Accurately enter dispatch information into the DISTRIB computer system
- Coordinate and manage delivery tasks for drivers
- Perform general administrative duties
- Report and log customer concerns or requirements in a timely manner to minimize customer dissatisfaction
- Assist both dispatch and service departments as needed
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ year experience in Administration or similar
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Full working rights
- Own transport
