We are currently recruiting a Despatch Coordinator to join our passionate team in Adelaide. This role is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the DC despatch activities in order to meet customer requirements. The Despatch Coordinator plays an integral role in ensuring customer delivery requirements are met.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for administration associated with the outbound despatch of goods. Ensuring the ERP system JD Edwards accurately reflects the customer delivery date and updated schedule pick date
Run customer orders and warehouse pick lists using JD Edwards ERP system for the warehouse to pick and stage for despatch
Informing and escalating any service issues to management as appropriate
Experience Required:
Familiar with JD Edwards, Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Teams
Broad knowledge of inventory control processes and KPI’s
Previous experience in a despatch role or logistics environment, and customer service
Excellent organisation and prioritisation
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), with a focus on excellent customer service
