Main duties and responsibilities:

• Coordinate and optimize logistical activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and products.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline supply chain processes and resolve logistical challenges.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock movements to minimize disruptions and maximize efficiency.
• Implement and maintain best practices in logistics management, including compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Analyse logistical data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Forklift operations.

Position Essentials:

• 2 + years’ experience in a Dispatch Coordinator/ Allocator/ Dispatch Role but not essential
• Strong ability to multi-task
• Computer literate with strong Excel skills
• Ability to follow policies and procedures. 
• Ability to communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff and co-workers. 
• High reach Forklift Ticket
