About the role
Join a thriving production network as the leader of the site despatch team based out of our St Marys site. You will lead the daily site transport operations; coordinating and monitoring transport fleet activities.  You will be a critical function for our customers, production and project staff, where you will not only lead the team but immerse yourself in the whole business function.  This role is responsible for ensuring our dispatch function is running smoothly and consistently.
 
Your responsibilities will include:
Provide subject matter expert advice on transport functions, i.e. pricing, capability of fleet etc
Lead and motivate the despatch team through expertise and action
