We are on the hunt for our next Despatch Team Member (Afternoon Shift - 12pm-8pm) to join our vibrant and energetic team full-time at our site in Epping, Melbourne.

The successful candidate will be offered a full-time role working five days a week during the Afternoon Shifts (12pm-8pm).
Requirements Key tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support the performance of the Despatch Teams KPIs;
- Ensuring that orders are coordinated, despatched and delivered safely, in full and on time;
- Ensure the daily routing process achieves the most appropriate methods of shipment and accomplish the highest transportation service at the lowest possible cost through correct carrier selection;
- Coordinating and controlling deliveries and collections in accordance with customer instructions and recording these via a manifest system;
- Maintain a zero-tolerance approach to any breach of health and safety standards;
- Ensure all record keeping and paperwork is completed and stored in the timeframe required to support the efficient and effective operation of the area;
- Ensure advice and response to delivery enquires are timely and professional to best service the customer needs.
Skills and experience
- Current forklift and drivers (car) license highly desirable but not essential;
- Fast learner with ability to work within a team ;
- Enthusiastic attitude and strong sense of responsibility;
- Physically fit to do manual handling of stock;
- Experience in using computers, eg. Microsoft products.
