Detailer/Yard Person

Geelong Isuzu, Iveco & SsangYong currently has an opportunity for a Full time Detailer/yard person to join our dealership.

We are looking for a keen willing person to assist in our vehicle dealership, detailing vehicles and keeping our busy site clean and tidy.

You will also be required to assist with the collection and delivery of vehicles.

The position could also progress up through the dealership into a different role.

Applicants must be able to work well in a team environment and hold a current driver’s license. 

The role:

• Vehicle detailing
• Assisting with the collection and delivery of vehicles
• Assisting with keeping facilities to manufacturer standards

Skills required:

• Self-motivated 
• Able to work without supervision
• Take pride in your work
• Truck Licence an advantage

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing comprehensive detailing for both new and used vehicles
• Coordinating vehicle deliveries in collaboration with other staff members
• Maintaining cleanliness in the detailing areas
• Washing customer and loan cars for the service department
• Performing various cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, washing, polishing, degreasing, and steam cleaning the engine
• Ensuring that the Service Workshop, Detailing areas, Dealership grounds, and surrounding areas are kept clean, tidy, and safe.
