Having been established for close to 20 years, our client is a leading player in the masterplanned communities development space. Since their inception, they have completed 25 projects and have over 1000 lots in their development pipeline which will be delivered in the coming years. The business is well funded, and they are continuing to search and acquire new sites for development.
The role
Due to growth within their business, a position has been created for a Development Analyst to join their team. This is an integral role in the business as you will be working on the acquisition of new development sites for the company. Key responsibilities will include:
- Provide Research Support to Acquisitions Team
- Assist with the Preparation of Feasibility Submissions
- Maintain Research Databases E.g. Historical Data, Competitor Analysis
- Provide Statistical/Analytical Reports for Internal & External Stakeholders
- Work on Projects including Client Pitches, Submissions, & Property Trends
To be considered for this opportunity it is essential that you have current experience in development, property, or finance. Other key requirements include:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Property or Finance
- EstateMaster Experience is Preferred but not Essential
- Solid Understanding of Development, Numbers, & Finance
- Proven Financial & Commercial Acumen
- Excellent Report Presentation, Literacy, & Business Writing Skills
