About The Role
Working within the Corporate Development team, you will be responsible for feasibilities, funding models and driving the pre and post execution of capex transactions.
DUTIES
- Prepare complex analysis and due diligence on large infrastructure projects
- Prepare and review complex funding models
- Liaison and interface with finance team & wider business
- Prepare and deliver board reports & other tasks for exec team
- Provide insightful analysis to support senior stakeholders decision making
- Cross functional experience & strong negotiation skills
- Investment banking, management consulting, engineering or Big 4 Transaction services skills looked upon favourably
