- Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $120,859. to $133,183 + super
Property and Development NSW is currently seeking to appoint aDevelopment Managerto join its precinct development team to co-create and activate destinations, to deliver exceptional places for people to live, work, play and learn.
In this dynamic role, you will manage specific precinct or project-related tasks, ensuring accountability and ownership throughout the entire development journey within allocated budgets and delegations. You will be required to lead the procurement and delivery of consultants and contractors to ensure precinct objectives are delivered on time and within budget.
About You
You will have extensive knowledge and understanding of private sector property and construction development processes, along with governance experience and commercial acumen to support the precinct development team. Additionally, you will possess sound project management skills and hands-on experience in the field.
Essential Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in construction management, property development or relevant business discipline.
