The Role
Programmed Industrial Maintenance is currently seeking an experienced Dewatering Technician to work onsite with a top tier mining company.
Successful applicants will have previous mine site experience and a strong work ethic and demonstrated commitment to safety.
Skills, Experience and Attributes
Duties will include:
- Removal and installation of submersible bore pumps with franna crane.
- Moving generators and dewatering infrastructure with I.T loaders.
- Setting up input sump pumps.
- General earthworks and road maintenance
- Maintenance of valves head works and dewatering equipment.
- Routine maintenance and inspections.
The ideal candidate will possess the following;
- Current Active Drivers License, HR license
- HDPE Butt Welding Ticket completed within last 2 years
- Experience with poly welding bore installation
- Experience Operating IT Loader and Telehandler
- Extensive knowledge of HDPE pipe, fittings and installation & maintenance of dewatering assets.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
