What you'll be doing
The Nursing/Midwifery Unit Manager (N/MUM) is responsible for the efficient management of nursing staff and providing patient care services under their delegation in the Ward/Unit. • Recent relevant clinical experience deemed appropriate by WSLHD
• Demonstrated recent experience and understanding of financial management and accountabilities in relation to stock and effective budget utilisation.
• Demonstrated application of evidence based practice and critical thinking to patient care
• Demonstrated ability to lead change that results in sustained improvements in patient care, throughput and resource utilisation.
• Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills
