Your new company is seeking a Hotel Receptionist to work a DIDO roster 2 weeks on, 1 week off, based in Woomera.
Your new role
Your new role as Hotel Receptionist will be responsible for providing great customer service to customers arranging to stay at the hotel, on arrival and throughout their stay. You will be responsible for duties not limited to:
- Answering phone calls, confirming reservations, providing advice and providing support
- Reservation management
- Greeting guests, welcoming them and explaining hotel amenities
- Handling guest enquiries
- Processing payments
- Communicating with hotel services
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will need:
- Prior experience in hotel management, hospitality or property management will be highly regarded.
- Prior experience in administration will be highly regarded
- Attention to detail
- Customer service
- Previous experience using the RMS system will be highly regarded
- Must be an Australian citizen to be eligible
- Must hold a current driving licence
- Use of own vehicle will be required
