Die Setter

Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking Die Setters for our client in Stapylton. 

Our client is a leading provider for premium quality metal connectors made in Australia. Successful applicants can expect to work within a well-established team, for a large company with great opportunities for personal development and career growth. 

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Setup and maintenance of machine parameters
• Ensure product standards are met by making necessary machine adjustments 
• Involvement in site meetings, toolbox talks, hazard-reduction initiatives

Skills and Experience:

• Knowledge of mechanics of high-speed presses
• Understanding of progression press tooling and setting procedures
• Exposure to QA systems & procedures 
• Self-motivated with a strong commitment to safety and quality
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
