ABOUT THE ROLE
We are expanding the maintenance team and are looking for trade-qualified Diesel Fitters (diagnostic). The role include contributing to the team efforts and business goals by:
- Adhering to all safety protocols and embracing Hillery Group's safety culture.
- Undertake maintenance, preventative maintenance and refurbishment of Hillery Group’s and associated companies’ plant, fleet, and equipment following the manufacturers’ requirements and company standards.
- Advanced diagnostic skills are required on a variety of earthmoving machines, mobile crushing plant, and heavy transport.
- Maintain and compile relevant records on maintenance and repair works, including completing all necessary paperwork associated with purchase orders, invoicing, service records, etc.
- Detect faulty operation of equipment and/or defective materials or products and notify supervisors.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and look for improvement opportunities.
- Respond to call-outs as required.
- The role is a Field Service Role.

ABOUT YOU:
• Must be trade qualified with at least three (3) years post-trade experience.
• Hold a current QLD MR driver’s licence or be willing to obtain it.
• A ‘CAN-DO” attitude with the ability to deliver first-class solutions.
• Optimum level of hydraulic and electrical diagnostic skills (highly preferable).
• Positive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• High regard for safety on the job.
• Australian citizen or right to work in Australia.
