Peak Downs - Moranbah QLD
- Flights provided from Brisbane to Moranbah by Thiess
- BIBO provided by Thiess from Mackay and Townsville
- Camp is based at Civeo camp in Dysart, enjoyable lifestyle with access to local cafes, restaurants, gyms, and other facilities.
- Even time roster of 7/7 and 12.5hr days/nights on offer to provide a balanced lifestyle.
- Flights provided from Brisbane to Moranbah by Thiess
- BIBO provided by Thiess from Mackay and Townsville
- Caval Ridge camp based at the Buffel Park Village - 5 minutes from site! Offering accommodation, meals, wet mess and 2 gym facilities.
- Even time roster of 7/7 and 12.5hr days/nights on offer to provide a balanced lifestyle.
The successful applicants will join a passionate and energetic team where they will be responsible for providing technical knowledge, support and assistance to Thiess' maintenance operations. The role will also provide an opportunity to expand your maintenance technical skills and become a leader in the mechanical field.

- $62 - $65 hourly rate + allowance depending on experience
- As a bonus, Thiess are currently offering additional 'Out of Market Payments' of up to $776 per fortnight plus super for successful candidates.

- Hold a Diesel Fitting trade certificate.
- Post-trade experience working in the mining and heavy earth moving industry, or hydraulic excavator industry.
- Experience with Liebherr Excavators, CAT 797 and 789 Trucks would be an advantage.
- Experience in general maintenance, tyre fitting, breakdowns, component change outs and servicing mining equipment
- Current Standard 11
- Current drivers' licence
- Relevant coal mining certifications
