Speak to our Talent Acquisition or People & Culture team to learn more.What's on offer?The successful candidate will be required to perform general workshop duties including carrying out repairs and scheduled maintenance of our plant and machinery, ranging from light vehicles to heavy plant and specialized bitumen and asphalt machinery. The role will also be involved with call out work.You'll be responsible forServicing General R & M - planned and breakdown Assisting with fixed plant maintenance Afterhours breakdown support- rotational on call roster as required Completing required documentation, job cards and service sheets Sourcing and ordering required parts. Be able to assist crews in operating plant and machinery when not undertaking routine maintenance or breakdown activitiesTo be successful, you will:Be a Trade Qualified Mechanic- Cert 3 Heavy Vehicle Road Transport or equivalent. Hold a White Card Vehicle Licence - HR (advantageous) Have effective communication skills Have the ability to support and promote a positive safety culture Be available to work/stay away from home when requiredThe pre-employment process will involve a medical check including drug and alcohol screening.
