Pay Rate - Subject to candidate experience:
Mechanical Supervisor: $80 to $90/hr
Mechanical trade: $65 to $75/hr
Electrician: $70 to $80/hr
HSE Advisor: $70 to $85/hr
Crane Operators: $60 to $65/hr
Riggers: $60 to $65/hr
Scaffolders: $60 to $65/hr
TA’s: $50 to $55/hr

Karlayura West Coast Projects is an Indigenous Western Australian owned and operated project execution company. We provide Tier 1 project solutions for brownfield and greenfield Sustaining Capital and Construction Projects within the Western Australia mining, minerals and industrial sectors.
About the Role:
We're currently looking for skilled professionals with experience in various roles including Supervisors, Boilermakers, Electricians, HSE Advisors, TA’s, Crane Operators, Riggers, and Fitters. If you have a background in mining and are eager to tackle technical projects, join our dynamic team for exciting opportunities in the mining, construction and maintenance sector.
Skills and Experience:
- Supervisors – Ability to lead effective crews & foster high performing team environment
- Boilermakers/Fitters/Electricians - Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
- Electricians – Current Electrical Licence
- HSE Advisor - Minimum Cert IV qualification in Occupational Health and Safety
- Riggers/Crane Operators – High Risk Work Licence (HRWL)
- TA’s – EWP and LF tickets
- Current WA Driver's Licence, Unrestricted C Class and Crane Operators to have HR or above.
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving ability
- Good time management and communication with other work groups
- Safety focused and ability to work well in a team environment
- 2+ years in experience in a mining environment
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical & Drug and Alcohol test
Desirable but not Essential:
- Valid HR driver's license.
- High risk license, forklift, EWP, Dogging, Rigging.
- VOC’s for all tickets
- Technical project execution/construction experience
- Desire for ongoing career development and progression
